The trail crosses the Lake Thoreau dam with Lake Thoreau on the left.

The trail turns left just prior to the first road and enters the South Lakes Village Center.

Cross the entrance road to the sidewalk in front of the service station.

Cross a second entrance road to the center and turn right onto the sidewalk on the other side. Cross South Lakes Dr at the traffic light shown.
