After crossing the dam turn right to enter the wooded section.

The trail joins a dirt service road from the left. Continue straight on the service road.

After a very short distance a trail intersects from the left. Take the dirt service road to the right.

The dirt service road intersects with a park connector road.

Turn left and follow the park connector road toward the Indoor Ice Rink.

Continue through the parking area to the parking lot on the other side of the Indoor Ice Rink.

While walking towards the Indoor Ice Rink you will pass the entrance to Shirley Povich Field on the right.
