Lake Fairfax can be seen through the trees on this portion of the Buttermilk Creek Trail. We will explore Reston between Tall Oaks and the site of a natural gas distribution center explosion. We will be on paved walkways for the most part. However , the Buttermilk Creek Trail is a natural surface trail that is not suitable for strollers.
Meet at the Reston Museum at Lake Anne at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 30, 2008. We will carpool from there to the start of the walk at Tall Oaks. For more information call the Reston Museum on 703-709-7700. A $5.00 museum donation is requested.
